Andana is a Municipal Business Incubator designed to support the launch and consolidation of newly established business projects and innovative activities, particularly in industrial sectors.

To achieve this, it offers a physical location with a temporary duration of up to 4 or 5 years, along with technical support throughout the entrepreneurial process. Andana is located in the Polígono Industrial el Portal (C/ Mauritania 103 - 105) and includes 7 industrial warehouses, administrative offices, a meeting room, and a training classroom. The total surface area of the facilities is nearly 1,000 square meters. The rental price is 2 euros per square meter plus VAT.

Individuals or legal entities that are not yet conducting any economic activity and plan to start within a maximum of three months, or those already operating an economic activity that has been active for no more than 12 months, can apply for space at Andana.

Applicants must submit a viable business project and be in good standing with their tax obligations and social security contributions.
